What we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Our own scripts do not set cookies or store personal data in your browser.

The message draft tool

The tool on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. The name, email and message you type are not transmitted to us or stored by us. They exist only on your device until you close or reload the page. If you copy or download the draft, it stays under your control.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message. We use this only to reply and, where relevant, to correct site content. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it, unless we need it longer to meet a legal obligation.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to processing or request restriction. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in new tab).
